Hosting and Infrastructure

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Vercel processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, browser information, timestamp) on our behalf to deliver the website. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Data We Collect

When Visiting the Website

When you access our site, we automatically process:

• Anonymized IP address
• Date and time of access
• Pages visited
• Browser type and operating system

This data is used solely to ensure the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Contact Form

If you contact us via the form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your project type (multi-select)
• Your estimated budget (single-select)
• Your project description

This data is processed to respond to your inquiry based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).

Newsletter (Brevo)

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address through a double opt-in process. Our newsletter provider is Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). A Data Processing Agreement exists.

Analytics Tool

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free tool based in the EU. No personal data is stored or tracked. IP addresses are fully anonymized. All analytics are processed server-side.

Embedded Content

Our website may include third-party content:

• YouTube videos via the youtube-nocookie.com domain
• Instagram posts embedded via the official API

Loading this content may transmit data (e.g. IP address) to the respective providers. We only use privacy-conscious embedding methods.

Images and Content Management

We use Vercel Image Optimization for image delivery. All content is managed using the headless CMS Sanity, which is operated in a GDPR-compliant manner.

No User Accounts or Profiling

Our website does not include user accounts, login features, or personalized content. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
